Previously Northern Trust was better. It offered employees WFH opportunity, appraisal and career growth.

Dislikes

Career growth is vanished. Management has given up on employees career growth. Introduced one new team whose job is doing micro management. Salary that is being offered is lesser than other MNC companies. Efforts that a hard working employee put does not have any value, only the work load increases who works harder. WFH facility that was being provided has now been removed, now the outsider people who were working here has no scope for visiting their family.
