I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It is like a big boss house in one word. There is no growth, conditional working atmosphere all over, for freshers there is 2 years agreement. With 6 months notice period. Completely worst, there is nothing value for who are works hardly, for freshers they will give 15k after 3 months it will reduce to 11k or 12k.
