Excellent job security. It's the job anyone in the education - training industry would want to have. Great work culture, generally employee - friendly policies and benefits.

Dislikes

Appraisals are quite slow. You'll be on a contract for 3 years, further two years will be on probation. You may receive about 10% salary hike when you go on probation. Finally after five years you'll be a permanent employee. So if you're in for the long haul, this is a good option, else not really.

Nothing....I worked under Eduworld Academy, where NMIMS has outsourced for admission procedure. They bluff employees and don't pay their staff and no weekly off for a month. Worst HR policies. The HR she is excellent in bluffing the employees by faking informations. Worst work atmosph ere and ambience. No female security....Read More

The staffs weren't provided with proper hygienic facilities. No pure water was provided in the office. No staff tea or coffee provided. They torture their employees to the extreme level so that they are forced to resign. N they save their money... Worst place i have worked in my entire career of 14 years.
