NLC is a good company with greater goals, Management is very cooperative to all trainees and have well knowledge about their duties and responsibilities.

Dislikes

I suggest to take consideration in recruiting GATS after their training period through exam or interview, which will help you in future because they already trained one year in your company which avoids further training.

Nlc India is biggest lignite mine in Asia.....I had 2 year training from nlc company...its my experience in my life day I have my self ,and have to buy work from workers...react friendly environment... so may thing I learn.

Hi.. I belong to civil engineering discipline.. First I would thank Nlc for this opportunity... Being a girl in civil and getting opportunity to grow is really really tough.... But the experience I got here is like too good... It was a 1yr GAT training... But actually worth it.i was posted in mine2. it gives u a good working knowledge... Our head was like a pro in the field... He not only thought us subject but also how to be a good colleague...nlc people are way too talented... Humble and kind.... Very very friendly... Also strict when comes to work... You get a good stipend amount... Rooms to stay .. Free Medical card in Nlc hospital ..at the end you will get a certificate which adds a boon to your resume.. You have a special training on skill development followed by a test which helps you to improve your personality and career.. I wish Nlc for their future projects.. Hoping soon to reach maharatna.. I basically don't have anything to say wrong about them... But we would be happy if recruitment process was by them than through gate...also for GAT students if they can arrange job fair at the end of the training it would be awesome

Good company.We have to be eager to learn whats going on the company.How each Department works.One year very valuable year for me.

I did not get a single support from my staff.My incharge staff has not even asked how the training is going.He spoke to me only 3days out of one year(Electrical Department).But I have learnt a lot from Contract employees,they have treated me very good way.
