1. Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited has good friendly environment with a lot of professionals. 2. NLC Employees who are elder than me used to give professional respect irrespective of my age. 3. Every Employee will help others and they have a good teamwork. 4. The other team will also support equally in solving a problem. Ex: If the bill was amounted wrongly, then the finance team will backward it to the concerned team (Liaison or Purchase department). Soon, they will quickly respond and release the correct bill....Read More

Coming to Dislikes, 1. Less number of Holidays 2. Six days working week except on Second week. 3. No compensatory off for trainees and no medical leaves.

Being a Govt. company Job security is the only good. Except that nothing is good here.

Dislikes

Unsafe work environment. Unsafe plant and machinery. Work moves at a snail’s pace. Acute manpower shortages. Accident prone work place. No proper canteen arrangements and engineers have to wash the utensils after eating in canteen. Unhygienic washrooms and no proper cleaning manpower or tools. Dirty and dusty offices.
