NJ is good company, NJ focus is good. Knowledge based. Good work

Knew manything. Corporate cultur worst. And least job promotion opportunity, no management. Centralised ruled, and no work incentive. Seniors takes credit. Senior management politics for their job security. Insurance RM is worst, lacking knowledge and he only enjoy his position.

No job security as culture is full of internal politics. No freedom for implementing your agenda

No chance is given to put your side. Phone calls of employees are recorded .Lot of politics and favouritism. Compensation is good but you never know on which petty issue you will be served notice. You always work under pressure in fear of jobloss.
