Hands on experience with real patients.

Dislikes

Worst work culture ever, seniors are demeaning and critical of everything, make you do anything and everything right from housekeeping to admin work, pay is very very low, no appreciation of work, constantly threatening you to be removed if not working well, partiality, no fixed working hours, they make to wait till 9 pm and threaten to lay off if you refuse to.

Worst work life ever, no balance between work and personal life, senior members blackmail you to do their job, compulsory to work on Sunday or else threatening to lay off.
