No positives.... Bcs my TL was worst person he was very pressurised and tortured person...... NITS put more more more pressure on telecalling agents with least least least salary... We can say it was coolies payment, work done by a telecalling agent and salary was 0.........9 hours work time....they need 7 hours talktime need 450+ dials.... & hourly targets

Salary was very low... Lunch break 25 mints..... No tea break...... TL s targets on specfic telecalling agents and put more pressure and they show partiality TL always insult in group message...... Agent have to reach hourly target at any cost........ Even they didn't give time for going to wash room also
