The give liberty to work and to make decision for execution of the work. The Director never interfere in work execution as they want only result at the end of the day and they do analysis on daily basis for input and output. They always run to full fill the site requirements so that work could not effected due to the lake of materials or any decision at their end. Thanks

The company director do not want to continue the company as theirs son not interested in this business.

Work Details

I was working in m/s Thomas and company p Ltd in May 2014 when they called me through an reference to join them as their project was in critical condition and have to expedite the work with improvement in quality.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
