I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Job is not sgood work environment,culture is not good.teamates are supportive but management is not transparent.company policies are not good, No appraisals , no bonus and no salary hike

Ther is lot of politics and theanagement doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting, No benefit even I struggle more and more,I learnt everything by the help of supervisor and HOD There is no training programmes for staff
