I enjoy my workplace's collaborative environment and the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people. Sometimes it is company culture- say collegiate. The team members- friendly and understanding. I remember when I joined the company my boss supported me a lot even though I had made mistakes at work still he guided me well and tolerated my mistakes and supported me.

Till now nothing I dislike about the Company.

The employees who have been in the system for very long continue to remain close-knit and do not even change their language of communication to accommodate people who don't follow their language

I like more years in but some not helping because of education am not digree holder but market experience is 10 years my salary is very poor some body join newly is salary is very high he is no how to handle customer but salary is good I now how to handle customer but earnings very low this is the issue

1. Cultural differences is not respected, most of the meeting are conducted or lead in Common language of a group of people. 2. Women are not respected; they will always show you down and not respected for the work done. 3.There is 0 work ethics, no proper way of communication. 4. People will even try to control break time by actually asking you not to discuss about anything personal in office space with your colleagues and friends. 5.Micro-management is prevailing in org, your bathroom time and break time is noted. 6.There is no work life balance, and no support from org. 7.There is no proper way of KT ,no documentation just you need to beg to learn from existing member. 8.
