Excellent exposure and quality work. I appreciate the opportunity given to exposure other departments and gain practical experience. Overall the workplace is really good for working long term as the company policies area also employee centric with many health benefits perks paid leaves

I started working here a year and it has been a good experience for me so far. Growth and development are the major factors that I am experiencing. Seniors offer leadership roles regardless of experience level so with these opportunities I am slowly gaining the confidence that I lacked earlier

People are friendly. Company even supports skills development. Thank to Company for covering cost of certification and courses. Salary hike was good. Manager understand the task and has decent knowledge. No one behaves rudely.

The pay system is genuinely good. I have received my performance rewards through a variable pay and incentive system. It's not just me; my team has it. But it is not so easy, if you can meet up the expectations, and surpass the merit standards, you are sure to receive these rewards
