The company was so very sincere to the customers which developed a good bond and interest on the retail business . Got the opportunity to work in all the departments of the business which gave a strong grip on the business.

Dislikes

I did not like the company being sold out

Work Details

I joined as a purchase manager , but got an opportunity to learn the skills at their mechanise bakery and also take part in operations and finance. Overall in charge for sometime before I moved to Reliance as the company was sold out.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
