a procurement specialist

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

There no fix salary structure with respect to experience and knowledge. Very huge salary difference even with same experienced in same department . No value for your knowledge. Only show off get better growth. Management needs to really work on training and development also.

Amazing product to start career but no one can train and educate to you.

List of dislikes things not end up if start once. Few of them as below. - Salary structure is not fix ( Even your junior earning mare than you. So negotiate wisely) - Roles and Responsibilities not define well. They are treating like your are shaktiman you can do anything. - Lolipop on Increments and Five day weeks - South African Team (One Man Br.c.) knows everything. Whenever he and current Indian top management will left the company than after Nikkiso Cosmodyne India will grow - Complex working process and software operation ( AREV end up career of talented Engineer) - 3 Month Notice Period after confirmation. GROSS SALARY will be dedicated for remaing days of notice period and they will pay BASIC salary on balance leave.
