Likes

I gained a very good experience in welding automation also feeling happy working here. It's better place for career building.Nikit gave so much space for me to learn design, electricals, programming,testing and service activities.Many good hands helped me when I'm in trouble.

Dislikes

Mislead or misunderstanding between the teams often causes quarrel in fact much bad name from the clients.

Work Details

My role is testing and proving out the machines. Servo and stepper drives testing, design verification and modifications if needed. Electrical and programming troubleshooting.service and support in the customer's place. Direct contact with the customers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
