Recent automobile sector is moving towards electric mobility and we nidician manufacture the main component (motor) engine to drive. As per the product there is lots of learning in the vast competitive market!!!

Free transportation for all employees and subsidised food facilities (Rs 15 per day for Lunch and tea) , Bonus for salary below 20K, Job security as 3 months notice period is there. Salary on time comes before month end.

Dislikes

12 hours shift working mostly, Sunday working, very heat up and poisoning environment in production. Non supporting HR dept. No training to production staff. Dress code is okay but dress material is worst.
