Friendly Team and salary on time. You'll be able to learn so many things about sales. If you want to pursue career in sales this company is perfect to start your career.

Dislikes

No respect for someone's personal life. No respect for someone's efforts. You might have to work on holidays as well, as there is no system. For sales people just forget about the holidays they'll make you feel guilty about asking for leave ,even if you're sick. No system at all.

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
