The company is really good. A small company but like a family. I left the organisation due to some personal reasons but The organisation is really good. I personally like the CEO very much for his ground to earth nature. He always listens to everyone. I am really surprised after looking his dedication. He is always active. The Hr is like a mother who takes care of the employees as her children. But one thing I understood that definitely ex employees are trying to ruin the company. I personally suffered for this. Being a small company there will be situations when you have to work on different tasks at one time. It gives you a opportunity for multitasking and same time increases work load. And when freshers are there you have to guide them and do your own task too, which is time consuming.

Being an IBM partner, they work on a lot of latest technologies and platforms which can help grow your career. They work on Cloud platforms, Cognitive based solutions, Integration using both IBM and non-IBM provided tools. The current team is very small, but all are efficient enough to handle their work on their own. Most times you need to do a lot of research to come up with your intended solution and because of the nature of the work sometimes one might find it a bit hard to find all relevant information, documents or samples from the internet (trust me I'm good at finding solutions, still once in awhile I struggle). But it also makes you more efficient at your work and keeps you up to date with your field of work. You can also maintain a proper work-life balance as they don't ask you to do office work after the normal office timings (unless you are in a support project)...Read More

The problem mostly lies with the company administration and management. Even though this company is in existence from some time now, but you will find a lot of things missing when it comes to company policies and regulations. Because of a small team, you will not get the benefits that one gets in mid to big company by default. Another concern is that most times you will not get appreciated and/or motivated for the work you did or the appreciation that you deserve.
