I learned about CLM Tools. This is the only thing.

Dislikes

The expectations from the employees is higher than the training and guidance given. A company can not expect that the new employee will know everything about the work process. There’s no work life balance and even if you have some problem, people think that work is above all those problems. You have to give away your mental peace once you join this company.
