1. Favouritism 2. Toxic work culture 3. Dirty office politics 4. Old employee think that they own this company 5. Discrimination among Analyst and TL level 6. If you are happy and completed your work before the time span, then they can't see you happy. 7. So much of time pass presentation and meetings. 8. Starting from the interview the recruiter was polite and guided very well about everything . The interview was conducted within 1 week and all the communication was done timely. The offer was discussed very well, our needs are considered. The work space is great.
