The management and HR team were highly unprofessional, and our dear Chief Engineer was the worst among them—amateurish and indecisive. His biggest failure was his inability to make even the smallest decisions on his own. Instead, he constantly shifted blame onto employees, frequently changing staff to cover up his own mistakes. The top management team is merely a show of force. There are two working policy Tech team can work Monday through Friday, and rest of the team should work on all saturdays, warming up the chair.There is no proper communication. Toxic culture waste of time working here you will never learn.
