During my time at this company, I faced significant challenges that impacted my professional growth and mental well-being. My manager created a hostile work environment by ignoring task updates, misrepresenting my efforts during performance evaluations, and unfairly influencing salary hike discussions. Recognition for my work was often given to others, while I was subjected to unwarranted criticism. These actions, coupled with a lack of support from HR , made the situation even more challenging. Despite raising concerns, HR failed to address issues such as correcting my designation during the full-and-final settlement process. Additionally, I observed similar treatment being extended to other colleagues, highlighting systemic problems within the workplace. This lack of professionalism, fairness, and support hindered my career growth and created an unhealthy and demotivating environment....Read More
