Too much office politics, no recognition, poor work life balance, rely more on client rather than own employee, extended working hours without any week offs, poor increments, fake and false intimations during hiring and many many more.

I have had a wonderful experience so far. This organization is meant for people who'd like to challenge their own benchmarks & take initiatives but not for the ones who'd prefer to get comfortable in 1 role or position.
