Work culture is very good over here. You can speak directly with senior management in case of any concern. Team members are very co-operative. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Team member will do hand holding in the beginning. after that you have to handle your work independently. Only performers are rewarded here.

Work life is good here as you get 2 saturdays off in a month. Sometime 3 saturdays also. Very rare extra working hours.

You get opportunity to work on latest technologies of business application. There is not much work pressure. Seniors give lots of trainings and chance to learn application software. Managers are cooperative.

Dislikes

Once you learn the application you have to handle it responsibly. Casual approach is not tolerated. For good annual increment you have to show your performance during the year.
