Management is horrible as well as the individual persons They try to protect themselves by putting others into the horrible situations they don't care about the concerns of the employees They cannot take the negative feedback try to pressurize the employees

Great place to start your career in digital marketing. Workplace culture is quite quite homely, you'll feel like you're working in a family. If you're willing to take responsibilities, the management will provide the opportunity for you to shine.

Dislikes

Team hierarchy is convoluted, more experience does not ensure you will have a higher designation.

The work life is great, you will learn a lot here. Even if you do not know a particular digital marketing channel, you will be provided the training and opportunity to get hands on knowledge
