1. Hell lot of micro management in weekly meeting manager will ask every team member to share screen and show the ticket status although you already updated ticket but need to explain what has been updated verbally again. 2. Every one hour or two hours manager will ping you and ask what are you working on although anyone can check from jira on which ticket whom is working but still need to give update 3. Every day morning need to what we have done yesterday and how much time spends for what 4. Any time you will get ping from manager and he will ask you to check something even if you are running out of your bandwidth, again in some time he will keep pinging you what's the status. Some times he need answer in 1 Minute which is not possible. 5. No professional ways of communication, manager use to talk with team member disrespectful 6. Every time they will keep changing task priority 7. No proper KT (Knowledge Trasfer) will provide to you. 8. Shift timings of 9 hours is just on paper, we have to finish give tasks by manager they don't care it took 10 hours or 20 hours they only want returns 9. They will told you to learn new technologies but won't give you time learn. 10. They use to tell initially it's difficult for you all this but afterwards you will get used too it. 11. They use to told share your feedback, but when feedback is shared by us, they won't take that positively to improve, even you come directly on there radar. 12.
