This is very worst company. I have very very bad experience with this company and director has very bad thinking and bad behavior. This company didn't released my 4 month salary and director also ready to fight with his employees. I had worked 6 month in this organization but can't getany experience letter and releaving letter also. This company policy is very bad. They deduct amount from salary with any information. They change his policy without notice. Director is talking in good manner but very bad from inside....Read More

I am not happy with this organization and director. Miss khusboo khanna is very bad behavior lady. She only use employees ability and throw out when work is completed. No job security and no payment security in this organization. This company director is lier.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
