The company is one of the best ones that I had the opportunity to work. The infrastructure was absolutely top flight. The company culture, work-life balance, compensation everything is of the highest grade. The company fosters an environment for innovation and management practices open door policy. The atmosphere is relaxed and yet competitive.

Dislikes

The growth opportunity is very limited. Roadmap for role development is not present. Resource action is quite common hence long time stability of job is questionable.

Work Details

My work or rather my profile for which I got the job was in a developmental state hence it was challenging however not very fulfilling.
