i was join nestle since September 1996 through news paper advertisement, after that i was the member of team who launch confectionery first time in pakistan, very soon my zsm has been promoted as distribution incharge and also looking after chocolate kit kat cold storage incharge for whole pakistan distribution. my all boss and line manager was very good and i was learn more n more from him , also during nestle i was so many travelling in different city of pakistan and maximum visit for lahore head office nestle pakistan. also visit kabir wala and shekhopura factory. i was taken award josh ki inteha from nestle md and take launch with him for best performance in nestle confectionery in karachi region. after that i had transfer in sales promotion where i am growing new things and promoted as sales executive. lastly i was resign nestle in 2014. nestle is a very good company they provided me so many career growth , good salary and work environment is also good but people i mean line manager is very important for security for your job. if you have good relation with him no body touch after 19 years job my zsm called me in his room and informed me that hr department is terminate you by tomorrow, i was shocked and request him dont do this because i had 19 years worked with nestle and i love my company but he offering me if i am give him resign so he will provide me all benefit like provident fond etc other wise you have lost every thing he was continuously harassment for 5 hours in his room , i was crying five hours on front of him but no body help me , i was contact my family on phone and asked what can i do but all family member has not agree for resign but at the end i was save my 19 years provident fund and other benefits and give him resign him , he will immediate action on it and tell me you can go home. when i reach home i have recieved called from nestle head office and hr lady has inform me that your resign excepted and your email account is block...Read More

when i was promoted in sales promotion department , my spm has been join in karachi office due to serious illness of hepatistic b and c before this position he was in quetta as regional sales manager, also when he was sales executive in karachi confectionery business i was working with him and he know my working style and hard working and that time he was promoted due to my hard worked in confectionery business and achieve our goals for whole karachi city target after long time he was again my boss in sales promotion department and i know him regarding his nature and bed hobbies , due to this he ever dislike me and during appraisal he was always given me bed ranking , which were obligation of company policy but he was trying to prove my senior bed impression. i always support him because my qualification is better then him i was done mba and he was simple graduate.so he was jales for me and he were doing negative thinking about me due to long time spent in nestle all line manager were know my hard working and acknowledge the same but in 2011 he was given me pip in my year end appraisal . i was so said and complaint him our senior management like rsm and zsm but my spm was personal relation with nsm and he was his good friend. i was know my boss was involve in corruption and i had informed everything to my most senior boss ccsd manager when he was come in karachi and give him all evidence and prove. he was promise me to take action from my spm but i don't know he was also his friend and he were communicate him everything along with evidence. so that my spm has again given me 2/1 in year end appraisal same goes to 2013 appraisal i was approach hr department and informed him everything but no body help me because all management in lahore head office are punjabi and every body is friend of my boss after that in 2014 hr lady come at zonal office and take whole day question answering me along with one factory manager and take written statement also asked...Read More

i already share my experience , after 19 years working i have lost everything i had provided hr team 32mb data in cd for all reference and evidence of past 5 years but after week hr team has force me resign other wise they stop all my funds , benefits
