Since company was new of the kind, setting up of the department lied upon me, makings procedures, methods and documents which was not at all present, made me to finish the challenge And made the department.

Dislikes

Not having organized culture, people not having any knowledge about the departments, work. Owner not recognized achievements, sincerity, hard work. Groupism among the workers, owner not having seriousness in taking decisions and solving the issues,, instead involved in groupism.
