I have been working @NeovibeTechnologies for the past 9 years. I joined just 2 months after the company started as a web designer. From that time onwards i never thought about leaving this wonderful company as the work culture of Neovibe is excellent. I used to get more than enough time to study any technology i wanted as the management was very supportive. From the start till now all my inputs regarding work or company will be seriously taken care of. I have never experienced any sort of bossy attitude from the founders. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
