I would say Neo-ITO is a corporate-level company. I love being part of their awesome work culture and am completely satisfied with them. To be honest, compared to my previous jobs, the negatives for this company are negligible. Still, to fill this area, I would say this company needs an improvement in setting up incentive structures for all employees, yearly bonus structures like other corporate companies, monthly appraisals, or "Employee of The Month" kinda things to motivate and appreciate loyal employees.
