No job security,Team mates not knows of sales,low salary,No career growth No innovation, no work life balance etc

Politics, company doesn't like individual performance no appreciate,, I do received appreciation emails from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Trichy,but that they came to unnoticed by my higher officer, they not provide the actual travel expenses what I am claiming at for the company norms etc which is some time pain,they do not value theunique strength of individual.also no yearly bonus where they promise to do in verbal when joining....Read More

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
