As a NOC engineer at Nelco, the only things I liked were the shift allowances. Also salary was very less but it always came on time and there was no delay.

At Nelco, who is a Service Provider, a department like NOC has zero respect. All the other departments are prioritised before NOC. Also I would recommend that please don't join for the post of L1 Engineer or Technical Assistant as they are made to do the most work but paid very less as compared to their hardwork.
