In pune office, there are lot many people and teams and department.

Dislikes

There is no proper management, no support and help from colleagues and managers, promotions and appraisal are based on favouratism. Nagpur's women center is very toxic. In starting you will not get any projects later it will go on hold. Better to look at some good companies.

Working at Neeyamo proved to be an incredibly challenging and demoralizing experience. The lack of job security was a constant source of stress, as employees were left uncertain about their future. The expectation to put in extra hours without any corresponding benefits only exacerbated the already dismal situation. This disregard for employee well-being painted a picture of an organization prioritizing its own interests over the welfare of its workforce. One of the most troubling aspects of Neeyamo was the toxic work culture that permeated the entire environment. Instead of fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, employees often found themselves in an environment where they felt undervalued and unappreciated. The constant struggle to even secure a basic leave showcased an unsettling power dynamic that left employees feeling powerless and unheard. Furthermore, the restrictive policies around phone usage further emphasized the lack of trust between management and employees. The prohibition on phones seemed to imply a lack of faith in employees' professionalism and ability to manage their time effectively. Basic amenities, such as proper air conditioning during night shifts and clean washrooms, were shockingly neglected. This blatant disregard for employee comfort and hygiene further contributed to an overall sense of neglect and disrespect. Perhaps the most disheartening revelation was the company's revolving door approach to staffing. The constant influx of new employees being brought in to replace existing ones spoke volumes about the company's lack of commitment to its workforce. Instead of investing in their employees' growth and development, Neeyamo seemed content with perpetuating a cycle of turnover and instability. In conclusion, my time at Neeyamo was marked by an absence of job security, an exploitative work culture, and a blatant disregard for employee well-being. This experience serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of a healthy and supportive work environment that respects and values its employees. The distressing tales of harassment that I heard from my colleagues were nothing short of alarming. Female employees shared stories of feeling vulnerable and unsafe within the workplace due to the inappropriate behavior of certain individuals.
