Looking back on my life, I think I made mistakes. Whereas it is natural, at NEC India one gets a chance to rectify mistakes. The workplace culture is such that I can get support from seniors and colleagues.

NEC is the production company. HR department is good. IF you work in Biometric department you will have growth. I give many facilities to girls and gifts on any occasion.

Dislikes

I am working in the Retail department. The Managment is worst the behaviour of existing employees who work more than 3 years are very ridiculous. No cool environment no manager support.

Boring and Hetic. They prefer to work till late night. Who ever till late night only they are prmoted does not matter how they come late to office.
