The managers are not good, and the management only takes the side of their super manager. If they don't trust your skills, they will not give you work even after you showcase your skills and will give you something that they are least interested in. My manager behaves like a teacher – you can't speak, you can only sit here. He has trust issues and is a micromanager. I work on a government project, and he is the project manager. The funniest part is that he doesn't have the technical skills but is still a project manager. The company doesn't provide a cab for the customer site. It's better not to get a job than to work here. They don't pay you for working from the customer site on Saturday and Sunday, and they don't allow compensation leave. When I asked for it, they said, "You don't even get paid for the day when you don't have work, so why ask for that?"...Read More
