Every one Play politics and even senior don't basic thing of java8 and even the don't how to implement new thing.here you no learning but time waste after few year spend here you outdated and not synchronised with new technology. Irshad Rana doesn't know anything, he just talks about everything, we have 40 years of experience, he just knows how to talk nonsense, there is no such thing as humanity in him. And also manager Mr Hemal is not supported.

Delivery head is shouting and abusing every day and force to complete your work.lots of politics who has no knowledge rate your appraisal or performance down.Roles and responsibilities not clear.
