Don't join this company worst company I ever seen in my career.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and no project . Every one Play politics and even senior don't basic thing of java8 and even the don't how to implement new thing.here you no learning but time waste after few year spend here you outdated and not synchronised with new technology. Even Don't join this company even you have offer.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
