Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. I was an intern and if you are going to join, be prepared to do the job of full time employees who watch YouTube all day, b*tch about each other and blame everything on you. If you will survive only if you can soft talk to the CEO otherwise be ready to get fired if you take a sick leave. 10 hours of Working hours. You are being recorded, watched on CCTV 24/7, your conversations are recorded. Be prepared for the worst. HR is useless, there are no policies in place, you will never be converted to full time either because they love taking advantage of you. You will have to be nice to one lady or you will be fired....Read More
