While hiring they shows lots of opportunities but there is no scope for professional level techies. Trapping is key skill of manager, no work balance. Attrition is key holder ruining company market value.

Dislikes

Poor management not clear about individual contribution to work. Trust level is minimum and managers are free to do micro management.

Work Details

Hectic repeated work. Manager only appreciate your work once you already resign and suddenly you become most favourite employee all to retain you. May be offer a fake onsite offer.

Absolutely everything to be disliked here except wfh. They don’t give any opportunity even though you have the required skills. They will put you into a legacy technology and expect you to work on it even though you have all the skills to automate manual task, The seniors would not let you do so as their job will be in danger. If you are just starting out your career avoid this place at any cost. This place is for people who are good at politics nothing else.
