I really appreciate the friendly and helpful atmosphere at Navjana Technologies. Everyone is always willing to help each other out and it’s great place to work. The company also does a great job of providing necessary training and resources to ensure that everyone is up to date on the latest annotation.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
