Its a startup organisation in field of biologics applications in agriculture. There hell lot of learning and optimisations required which is undergoing. Daring person with acceptable challenges should join else wont be able to survive.

Dislikes

Still need to advance and accept technology. Seniors are not well versed with advanced technologies in fields of biotechnology and engineering. Once they get familiar will be able to expand beyond the limits and serve economies to the best.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
