Worst company in hoskote, never join here. This is owner based campany means lala ji campany . No Appraisal on time. Every day they want you to work extra hrs for the campany. Campany MD will roam behind you evey time. No hr is here. If you have some issue you have to ask to the director. The director has no shame, some time he cometo machine and operate machine.If work very good or if you do not work you will get one 10℅ hike in current ctc. No work life balance no bonus. Here notice period is 90 days. I request every one not to join this campany. If you join this you will waste you. I had wasted my 3 yrs here. So request every one not to join here...Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
