The exposure part is good and you'll get to know about lackadaisical attitude of system towards real impact and how where you need to work on depth but you'll be anyways forced to work on breadth.

Dislikes

Pay Disparity Unsatisfactory onboarding process ( Delayed onboarding) resulting in significant monetary loss and negative impact on the career trajectory.
