Disastrous HR management. 35 percentage variable pay in CTC, unnecessary inflating the CTC. FIXED is so low that employee will go into depression. Being a semi government company the compensation policy is worst than private companies. Everyday office. Less public holidays. No Diwali / Birthdays gifts. Stagnant growth due to appraisal on the bell curve system. They expect team work and smooth coordination along with bell curve. Poor management....Read More
