Senior Associate - Marketing, NIPL

Role Contour: Manage and plan branding, marketing campaigns and promotions to help engage customers and partners

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and strategize priorities to formulate and implement marketing initiatives specific to each product, aligned with the scope, vision and long-term strategy of NIPL.
• Develop robust, integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with agencies, platforms (directly and indirectly) and other partners to build, execute and measure innovative marketing plans, ensuring efficient budget allocation and ROI tracking for each campaign
• Carryout financial planning/ROI for each campaign and monitor utilization of budget
• Work on seamless execution and delivery of campaign deliverables
• Make Brand and marketing execution plan for running the campaigns/ advertising
• Liaise with Business development team for driving product visibility and penetration through marketing and relationship management for NIPL products and services
• Formulate the branding and marketing strategy for all products of NIPL, targeting channel partners, merchants and end consumers; design, plan and oversee execution of effective marketing campaigns within assigned budget for NIPL and its products and services
• Lead and manage the development of initiatives to drive product activations through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Drive end to end marketing campaigns and work with external agencies for collateral creation
• Manage End-to-end ownership of processes and documentation related to marketing campaigns, advertising and promotions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding campaign efficacy and insights along with plans for improvisation.
• Ensure audit compliance for all marketing activities and not just limited to maintaining databases and records
• Ensure timely delivery of ongoing campaigns to continuously re-enforce the usage of UPI/RuPay product and services.
• Gather customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize impact.
• Ensure compliance with marketing governance, industry standards, and internal guidelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of work experience in Marketing. (Online, Offline, OOH, BTL)
• MBA from a reputed college
• Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and video editing software.
• Proven expertise in campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and budget/P&L oversight
• Good knowledge of Payments domain, Payments Technology, Products, Operations, Risk & Other related functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
