Senior Associate Financial Reporting

Role & responsibilities

Key Deliverables:

• Preparation of NPCI Standalone & Consolidated Financials along with the notes (Quarter & Annual)
• Co-ordinating with various auditors (like Statutory, Internal, C&AG, ICOFR) and different stakeholders within company for smooth and timely closure of audit
• Drafting board meetings related agenda and following up/ updating minutes of the board meeting w.r.t finance department
• Leading Monthly/ Quarterly book closing
• Updation of Annual finance manual w.r.t. maintenance of books of accounts and book closing activities
• Maintenance of Chart of Accounts/ Inventory codes/ compliance tracker
• Drafting schedules of Annual Report
• Filing other statutory compliances like XBRL filing and other ROC filings
• Leading other finance related initiatives

Candidate must be:

• Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years of experience
• Hands on : IND AS application and MS office
• Candidate with experience in Big 4 will be preferred
