Financial Closing and Reporting- Deputy Manager

MAJOR ROLE:

A. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring Operational spends and establishing processes to control them. Plan discussion with functional teams on budgetary control for their respective spends and forecasting the same.

B. Manager and prepare timely and accurate monthly/yearly book closure ensuring compliance IND AS, MIS reporting and quarterly forecasting.

C. Preparation of financial statements as per IND AS for along cash flow and notes/disclosures.

D. Take up efficiency improvement and automation projects in SAP and should have hands on experience of SAP FICO module.

E. Monitor, lead and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls as well as adequacy of internal financial controls.

F. Coordinating and successfully concluding statutory and Tax audits with providing necessary process documents.

OTHER KEY SKILLS:

A .Good team leader with a very sound understanding IND AS, CARO reporting, auditing standards, SEBI LODR, Income tax and Companies act requirements

B. Proficient in SAP FICO system and excel
