Social Media Marketing Analyst

Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns, targeting key audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• 
  Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (text, image, video) for social media platforms. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video producers to produce high-quality content.
• 
  Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor conversations to foster a positive online community. Handle customer inquiries and complaints on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

  Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
• 
  Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creation. Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns as necessary to meet goals.
• 
  Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. Propose innovative ways to incorporate new tools, features, and trends into the companys social media strategy.
• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, public relations, and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with larger marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• 
  Brand Voice and Consistency: Ensure all social media content is aligned with the brands voice, style, and tone guidelines. Maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partners to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
• Experience with both organic and paid social media strategies is essential.
• Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Creative Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, including familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics to inform future strategy. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Twitter Analytics.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with online communities and cross-functional teams.
